Sustainable Development Evaluation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education of Clean Energy Major in Colleges and Universities Based on SPA-VFS and GRNN Optimized by Chaos Bat Algorithm

The research on the sustainability evaluation of innovation and entrepreneurship education for clean energy majors in colleges universities can not only cultivate more better innovative entrepreneurial talents development sustainable but also provide a reference other majors. To achieve systematic comprehensive scientific evaluation, this paper proposes an model based SPA-VFS Chaos bat algorithm to optimize GRNN. Firstly, index system major is constructed from four aspects environment, investment, process, results, meaning each explained; Then, combined with variable fuzzy set theory (VFS) pair analysis (SPA), classical constructed, entropy weight method rank are coupled obtain weight. basic improved by using Tent chaotic mapping, (CBA) proposed. generalized regression neural network (GRNN) optimized CBA, intelligent CBA-GRNN obtained realize fast real-time calculation; finally, numerical example used verify scientificity accuracy proposed paper.
